Rental Evidence Kit
Rental Evidence Kit is a PanGalactic browser workspace for organizing rental condition notes, imported evidence images, SHA-256 file identities, baseline snapshots, comparison entries, export packets, and review checklists. The product publisher and privacy contact is PanGalactic at valentinojavi94@gmail.com.
The app can access only the case notes, property labels, dates, image files, file metadata, checklist answers, and packet text that you type, paste, import, save, or generate in the app. It does not require an account, does not request bank or government credentials, and does not provide legal representation.
Your data is used to process the evidence workflow requested by the user: building the local case board, grouping problems, generating packet summaries, preparing export files, and keeping the visible review state consistent.
Saved workspaces use IndexedDB in this browser on this device, with local storage used only as a compatibility fallback. You can clear saved data with the in-app delete controls, remove browser site data, or delete exported reports and image packets from the folder where you saved them.
SHA-256 values identify the imported file bytes for later comparison. They do not prove trusted capture time, GPS location, camera ownership, authorship, or legal admissibility.
Processing runs in the browser security context of the installed PWA or hosted page. Rental Evidence Kit does not intentionally upload case content to PanGalactic servers, and it does not include advertising or third-party analytics runtime scripts in this version.
PanGalactic does not sell, rent, share, or disclose your case notes or exported packets to third parties. Microsoft Store, the browser, the operating system, hosting infrastructure, and your email provider may process data only when you use those separate services, such as installation or support email.
This app helps organize evidence packets. It is not legal advice. If you contact support, avoid sending private tenant, landlord, address, or photo details unless you intentionally choose to include them for troubleshooting.
